Sep 4, 2017Keith Peltier is the new chairman and Mark Birdsall is the new vice chairman of the board. Peltier, who is in his second term, joined the board in 2012 after being appointed to fill an unexpired term. This is Birdsall's first term on the board.The men join continuing members Sen. Jerry Klein and Rep. Tracy Boe.Slama receives fellowship from Academy of General Dentistry Dr. Ann Slama received the Fellowship Award during the Academy of General Dentistry's Convocation ceremony in July.Slama, along with more than 280 other recipients, was recognized for providing the highest quality of dental care by remaining current in the profession. To be considered for this award, Slama completed 500 hours of continuing education, fulfilled three years membership with the AGD and passed a comprehensive written exam.Slama, who practices dentistry in Fargo and Valley City, N.D., graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 2010.Dardis named 2017 Chamber Legacy LeaderThe Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber has named Bernie Dardis the recipient of the 2017 Legacy Leader Award.
